Аннотация:
Изучено влияние активной иммунизации к ферменту метаболизма этанола - алкогольдегидрогеназе (с целью снижения активности данного фермента) на потребление 15 %-ного раствора этанола алкоголизированными крысами Wistar. В результате введения препарата животные демонстрировали значимое снижение потребление раствора этанола при свободном выборе с водой, при этом значимых изменений в поведенческих и биохимических тестах не наблюдалось.
