Аннотация:
Представлена подробная характеристика системы инсулиноподобных факторов роста (система IGF). Описаны молекулярные особенности ее лигандов, рецепторов, регуляторных белков, механизмы их взаимодействия, а также влияние на другие внутриклеточные сигнальные системы. Приведены данные о связи указанной клеточной системы с развитием злокачественных опухолей, ее роли в процессах пролиферации опухолевых клеток, роста опухоли, в ангиогенезе, а также процессах инвазии и метастазирования.
