Аннотация:
Исследованы связи популяционного суточного потребления (СП) 40 видов пищевых продуктов с коэффициентами заболеваемости (КЗ) раком разных локализаций (25 видов) для мужчин и женщин в 162 этнических популяциях. Выявлены положительные корреляционные связи СП большинства продуктов (90 %) с КЗ 84 % исследованных видов рака. Установлено, что КЗ для всех видов рака, за исключением рака печени, носоглотки, шейки матки и саркомы Капоши, имеют значимую положительную корреляционную связь с географической широтой и суточным доходом на душу населения.
