Методы исследования жидкостей с помощью поверхностных акустических волн

Аннотация:
Представлен обзор работ, посвященных аналитическим возможностям и перспективам развития метода исследования жидких веществ с помощью акустических волн, распространяющихся в твердотельном звукопроводе. Рассмотрены вязкоупругий, массово-нагружающий, электро-акустический и термический механизмы детектирования, а в рамках каждого из механизмов - различные типы зондирующих волн.
