Аннотация:
Доказано, что почечный метаболит витамина D обладает гормональной активностью, регулируя многие обменные процессы в организме человека. Представлены современные данные о метаболизме холекальциферола в организме человека, описаны молекулярные механизмы действия кальцитриола, продемонстрирована роль витамина D в профилактике различных заболеваний у детей и взрослых.
