Аннотация:
Дефицит цинка распространен во всем мире. Задержка роста, расстройства иммунитета и когнитивные нарушения - это наиболее серьезные следствия дефицита цинка. Наряду с этим, дефицит цинка может вызвать и другие нарушения здоровья. Рассмотрен ряд случаев, когда прием цинка может улучшать состояние здоровья.
