Abstract:

In modern information and telecommunications, it is possible to note the transfer of large volumes of information messages. These volumes increase annually. At the same time, an important role belongs to control algorithms in the information and telecommunications system. When solving this problem, it is necessary to rely on an integrated approach that uses a rating method, optimization mechanisms and an expert approach. The information and telecommunications system are divided into components, and coordination must be ensured between them. Optimize the distribution of information messages in the information and telecommunications system. A model for analyzing information messages has been constructed. It is considered that the information and telecommunications system is divided into several clusters. Proposals for optimizing various resources are given. The main blocks of the diagram illustrate the modeling and optimization of control tools in information and telecommunications systems are presented. It is shown how the volumes of processed messages change using a combination of the proposed approaches. The conducted research provides opportunities for increasing the efficiency of functioning of information and telecommunication systems due to the fact that expert methods, optimization methods and rating approaches are combined together.
