Abstract:

The priority to the development of the electronic industry at the present stage is due to the fact that the technologies of this industry are a catalyst and engine of scientific and technological progress of the country, the basis for the sustainable development of such industries as electric power industry, mechanical engineering, space industry, communication and communications complex, security systems, etc. Development of personnel potential, as the most important task of the industry, is based on qualified training of radio specialists, improvement of the training system.

The results of modern pedagogical practice show that in the organization of training of specialists able to bring the country to a new level of development, emphasis should be placed on the principles of practical orientation. There is a need to change the technology of learning and move from technology of knowledge transfer to technology of learning with experience.

Within the framework of the work, a model of practical-oriented training of radio specialists in the conditions of a laboratory workshop based on the use of specialized laboratory equipment is proposed. The feature of the developed complex of specialized laboratory installations consists that each of them contains in the basis a mechanical (hardware) part of real laboratory installation and a program part and also the modern electronic devices of interface of the laboratory equipment to the computer providing control automation with the experiment course.

The article presents the concept of implementation of experimental research, describes the main units of installations allocated by functional specifications, the advantages of real-virtual modeling laboratory.

As an example, the method of organization and carrying out laboratory work on investigation of electromagnetic field of radiating systems with indication of characteristics of laboratory equipment is considered.

Conclusions on the merits of the proposed model for practical-oriented training of radio engineers in a laboratory session; its importance is noted in formation of cognitive and professional motives of students, education of systemic thinking, creation of a holistic idea of professional activity.
