Abstract:

The article is devoted to application of modern information technologies in corporate multiservice telecommunication networks with the integration of various services. An approach to building a corporate network, applicable when implementing departmental telephony and a data transmission system using speech recognition systems, is considered. A number of proposed approaches have been tested in some projects of building a departmental network. This report describes an approach to construct a corporate network. The approach can be applied to implement department telephony and data transmission systems. Some of our proposed solutions utilize speech recognition systems. Our approach was tested in some of recent private network projects. The article analyzed in detail subsystem of data transmission. Given the design methodology of the data network with the division into the terminal and the node subnet.

A debugging of hierarchical systems including complex problems of debugging hardware and software components in real time. It should be noted that some additional functionalities of geographically distributed departmental networks are needed, in addition to the networks' basic communication functions. This advanced functionality includes automated processing and distribution of incoming calls, voice mail, conference calls, etc. The modern concepts of the design integrated information networks require voice services with speech recognition systems to be presented. These services, to a large extent, allow us to develop an automatic customer service where no operator participates.
