Abstract:
Testing hypothesis of relation type between distribution functions of failure times under normal and accelerated conditions is considered in this article. Similar to Kolmogorov-Smirnov nonparametric test criterion for varying duty is provided. Kaplan-Meyer estimator of reliability function is used here because of special data test structure. Also we proved the theorem about asymptotic distribution of statistic Tmn in case that testing the hypothesis is true.
