Abstract:

The problem of measurement uniformity is largely determined by the metrological analysis of the sources of measurement errors. Taking into account all the components of the error leads to a reliable measurement result, which plays an important role when a medical diagnostic conclusion is made based on the measurement results. The search for sources of error should be carried out at each stage, starting with obtaining the parameters of the data of the research object (medical indications of the patient) and evaluating the correctness of these data, before forming the correct effect on the research object (choosing a treatment method) and assessing changes in its condition. In this case, the diagnosis, treatment methods and interpretation of monitoring data become more correct and metrologically justified.

The purpose – analysis of the factors influencing the results of medical diagnostics and determining the reliability of decision-making in medical diagnostics.

The analysis of factors has been carried out, taking into account which increases the reliability of the results of assessing a person's condition in medical diagnostics. The structure of factors is proposed, which reflects the relationship between the levels of medical diagnostics introduced into consideration and the factors influencing the result of transformation in each of them.

The results of the above analysis make it possible to identify ways to improve the accuracy of diagnostic results and to form an approach to creating in-depth metrological support, which will allow taking into account the sources of errors at each stage of forming the final assessment of medical diagnostic results, to assess the reliability of decision-making and the assessment of human health found.
