Abstract:

Problem statement. In modern society, the problems associated with sleep apnea are manifested against the background of public health. One of the reasons for this is social stress. Prolonged social stress forms stable transcription profiles when sleep apnea occurs, which has consequences for the patient in the form of various diseases. At the present stage, science is trying to understand which diagnostically significant indicators are modeled depending on the type of stress in the diagnosis of sleep apnea.

Goal. To develop a system for assessing the physiological state of a patient with AS, depending on the type of stress, to support a doctor's decision on the diagnosis of the disease.

Results. The principles of synthesis of the stress type assessment system in the diagnosis of AS are considered. Based on them, a model of a random process for assessing the effect of stress on the physiological state of a patient with sleep apnea, a method for determining the type of stress in sleep apnea, the combination of which can be defined as a solution to the scientific problem of improving the quality of life of patients with sleep apnea, is proposed.

Practical significance. A decision support system for a doctor in assessing the physiological condition of a patient with sleep apnea.
