The article is devoted to the development of an intelligent telemedicine information system based on multi-agent technology and medical and economic groups, as well as the algorithm for its functioning. The developed intelligent telemedicine information system makes it possible, through the use of a multi-agent subsystem and the implementation of the proposed algorithm for remote intelligent monitoring, to evaluate and control the parameters of the functional state of the patient's body, their dynamics, the corresponding adjustment of indicators depending on the patient's condition, emergency informing the doctor in case of deterioration of the functional state of the patient's body for face-to-face examination or hospitalization. Introduction into the monitoring system of analysis of the dynamics of diagnostically significant parameters of the functional state of the patient's body and extrapolation of their values will make it possible to predict possible complications of the course of the disease and improve their outcome. At the same time, it should be noted that disease prevention, monitoring the patient's health and identifying the initial form of the disease at the monitoring stage reduces the cost of medical and economic groups, reduces the burden on the healthcare system and improves the efficiency of medical care. The formation of medical and economic groups allows you to choose the appropriate treatment for patients of various socio-economic strata of society, ensures the transition to a modern system for organizing the provision of medical care and contributes to the informatization of healthcare. The application of the proposed approach to the construction of an intelligent telemedicine information system based on medical and economic groups and multi-agent technology will provide a new result in the organization and provision of medical care in healthcare institutions.
