To increase the adaptive potential of the human body is one of the most important tasks of medical workers, whose activities are related to the health of the people working under the extreme factors influence. In accordance with the literature data a combination of physical training with increasing static and dynamic loads, breathing atmospheric air under hypobaric conditions, breathing atmospheric air with a low oxygen content under normobaric conditions during hypoxic, interval hypoxic and hypoxic-hyperoxic training can be used for this purpose.
The present study was conducted to determine the effectiveness and safety of the combined exposure to physical activity and interval hypoxic training method to achieve long-term extreme physical activity adaptation.
The combined effects effectiveness of physical activity and interval hypoxic training method was demonstrated. The achieved effect of adaptation to physical activity persisted for two months after the course of complex training completion.
