Abstract:

The problem of improving the efficiency of monitoring the health status of pregnant women for the purpose of early diagnosis of pregnancy complications is one of the topical issues in obstetrics and gynecology. Nowadays remote monitoring systems are being widely used to monitor the health status of pregnant women and fetuses. One of the important tasks of developing such systems is to form a set of diagnostically significant indicators to ensure early detection of pregnancy complications.

The purpose of the work is a set of diagnostically significant indicators for long-term monitoring systems to improve the effectiveness of monitoring the fetus and mother health.

The result is a set of significant indicators of pregnant women's and fetal health that provides early detection of pregnancy complications.

The practical significance lies in the implementation of the proposed system of remote fetal monitoring. The use of such a system enhances the quality of medical care for female patients and increases the future mothers' awareness of the fetal state.
