Urine proteome protein constant Search, reflecting changes in homeostasis with long-term restrictions on motor activity extremely relevant both in terms of fundamental research constancy of some pillars of the proteome, and promising points for prevention. 17-daily isolation within the study "Sirius-17" was chosen as the model of the controlled conditions limiting mobility. The results were used as a comparison study of the urine proteome healthy volunteers of a similar age, in the program "Mars 500 experiment (520-daily isolation). Analysis of urine proteome was held «panoramic» technique based on chromato-mass. For the first time a comparative analysis of urine proteome changes during different periods of inactivity, "Sirius"-17 days and "Mars500"-more than one and a half years of research. Constant components proteome (protein 7) detected in urine samples from healthy human regardless of the solepotreblen regimes and duration of exposure, prevention, allowing you to evaluate these permanent proteins as markers of homeostasis in physical inactivity of varying duration. For the first time it is shown that these proteins to estimate changes in healthy Human Proteome in extreme conditions of employment (under hypodynamy) and the need for further research.
