Synthesis of hybrid fuzzy collectives decision rules for the prediction and diagnosis of occupational diseases of workers of agricul-ture

Abstract:
In this paper we study the conditions of occurrence and development of occupational diseases of workers employed in the agri-cultural sector of the Central regions of Russia. Examines the structure of the incidence and types of signs used in problems of prediction and diagnosis of diseases such as diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, low back pain, vibration disease, cochlear neuritis, prostatitis, diseases of the cardiovascular system and the respiratory system. It is shown that the most adequate mathematical apparatus for the decision of problems of forecasting and diagnostics of the studied class of diseases is the methodology of synthesis of hybrid fuzzy decision rules. Using this methodology, the synthesized decision rules for the prediction and early diagnosis of osteochondrosis of the lumbar spine and chronic prostatitis. For this type of confidence in the decisions exceed the level of 0.85, which is considered acceptable in the practice of occupational medicine.
