Abstract:

Problem Statement. A nuclear power plant is a complex technological facility. It requires reliable and high-quality control, which, gi­ven the current level of computer technology, is automated. And, it is possible to control a nuclear power plant from a single control room, and the equipment used for human-machine interaction must provide operators with the ability to perform long-term comfort­table control and management, as well as meet the requirements for nuclear power plant equipment.

Analysis of existing solutions and requirements for the equipment of a nuclear power plant control room, and identification of areas for evolutionary development.

Purpose. Analysis of existing solutions and requirements for the equipment of a nuclear power plant control room, and identification of areas for evolutionary development.

Results. The requirements for the equipment of a main control room of a nuclear power plant have been analyzed, the course of evolutionary development has been considered, and the main directions of development have been outlined.

Practical significance. A set of technical solutions for equipment allows to create main control rooms of a nuclear power plants that meet current and newly introduced requirements.
