Аннотация:
Изучено 16 случаев хордомы у 10 мужчин и 6 женщин в возрасте от 12 до 65 лет. Важным в диагностике хордомы оказался иммуногистохимический метод, выявляющий экспреccию цитокератинов, EMA, GFAP, NSE. Отрицательная реакция с хромогранином А, D2-40, а также органоспецифическими белками TTF-1, mammaglobin, PSA, CDX-2, позволяют исключить хордому и обнаружить метастазы рака различной локализации.
