Аннотация:
Представлен обзор работ, посвященных диагностическому и прогностическому значению p16INK4a у больных с персистирующей ВПЧ-ин¬фекцией, CIN и ранними формами рака шейки матки. Проведенный анализ литературы позволил определить области наиболее значимого практического применения данного маркера: сортировка женщин с аномальными мазками на группы с продуктивной и трансформирующей ВПЧ-инфекцией и ведение пациенток с сохранившейся после органосохраняющего лечения тяжелых CIN вирусной нагрузкой.
