This paper proposes a simple wireless multi-waveform generator prototype to stimulate electrically to patients with urinary incontinence, and other urological disorders like overflow incontinence, stress incontinence, etc. This system can generate a set of different programmable bipolar and monopolar waveforms, since pulse generator systems must provide different waveforms suitable for each individual patient [1].This application discloses 7 distinct types of programmable waveforms. The waveform parameters can be modified by physician by a set of easy instructions. The proposed system lets long distance manipulation of the waveform generator by sending a set of codes that changes the characteristics of the waveforms even when the stimulator is implanted in the patient-s body. The waveform generator proposed can generate simple or complex waveforms depending on urinary disorder. The waveforms presented in this works can be used in other electrical-stimulations for general applications. We will show that a multi-waveform generator can be built with common electronic commercial circuits. The real challenge is to build a MEM-s interface between a multi-waveform stimulator and the nerves.
