Витамины и аминокислоты при муковисцидозе

Аннотация:
Муковисцидоз - заболевание, обусловленное мутацией одного гена, поражающее многие органы. Вследствие кишечной мальабсорбции нарушается абсорбция некоторых микронутриентов, таких как витамины. В большинстве исследований показан дисбаланс витаминов А, D, Е, а также аминокислот. В обзоре представлена имеющаяся информация о нарушениях обмена витаминов и аминокислот у пациентов с муковисцидозом.
