Розмариновая кислота и антиоксидантная активность представителей семейства Lamiaceae)

Аннотация:
Изучены содержание розмариновой кислоты и антиоксидантная активность растений семейства Lamiaceae, произрастающих в Республике Коми. Показано, что наибольшее содержание розмариновой кислоты - в Thymus serpyllum (тимьян обыкновенный) и Nepeta cataria (котовник кошачий), а наибольшая антиоксидантная активность - в Mentha arvensis (мята полевая).
