Аннотация:
С целью создания производства дженериков на территории Российской Федерации проведен сравнительный анализ известных методов получения активной фармацевтической субстанции Кладрибин, используемой для производства противоопухолевых средств. В обзоре представлено описание как химических, так и ферментативных методов.
