Аннотация:
Отражены результаты проспективного исследования 416 больных тяжелой дисплазией, преинвазивным и микроинвазивным раком шейки матки с внедрением в традиционный лечебно-диагностический алгоритм ВПЧ-тестирования для количественного определения вирусов высокого онкогенного риска методом гибридного захвата (Hybrid Capture 2). Показана его эффективность и 100 %-ная предсказательная ценность негативного результата в определении неизлеченности или рецидива заболевания до появления изменений в цитологических мазках.
