The problem of synthesis of a non-axisymmetric two-mirror antenna with an elliptic aperture and an arbitrary amplitude distribution of the field in the aperture has been considered.
In this paper, we propose a method for calculating such antenna. The necessary ratios have been given to calculate the surface of the mirrors of a two-mirror antenna. Examples of calculating the Gregory antenna system with the ratio of the axes of the aperture ellipse 1:10 with the uniform field distribution and the decreasing field distribution in the aperture have been presented.
It has been shown that the proposed method makes it possible to calculate the mirror profiles that provide the required electrodynamic characteristics of antennas.
