The paper presents the likelihood functionals of components of the bearing vector taking into account the terrain function, the maximum likelihood estimation of horizontal coordinates and the height of the radiation location based on the results of one-dimensional and two-dimensional multi-position swaddling with the help of antenna arrays of the aircraft. The formulas for calculating the potential accuracy are obtained by Kramer and linearization methods, and their adequacy is confirmed by modeling. The influence of terrain parameters on the accuracy of coordinates is estimated.
