Abstract:

In this paper the results of investigation of the potentially achievable characteristics of noise suppression and signal loss in partially adaptive antenna arrays with discrete phase shifters have been described. Comparison of the characteristics of noise suppression in partially adaptive antenna arrays with different configuration of adaptive modules has been carried out. Application of the algorithms of purely phase adaptation in the considered partially adaptive antenna arrays has been discussed.
