Abstract:

The electrodynamics mathematical model of shielded axial symmetric ferrite-dielectric resonators has been presented here. This model provides calculation of eigenmode resonant frequencies of shielded axial symmetric structures which are loaded with lossless gyrotropic and dielectric layered filling. The test results of the proposed electrodynamics model have been presented on the example of a cylindrical cavity loaded with a ferrite disk on the lower end surface. Stability of the obtained solutions is demonstrated when changing the number of eigenmodes. The results of analysis of shielded structures with a ferrite disk placed on the dielectric pedestal have been illustrated in the paper.
