Abstract:

The design of UWB horn ridged microwave antenna has been presented. The approach to broadening of the antenna frequency range by selective suppressing of the waves of higher types has been implemented. Calculation and measurement of the antenna characteristics have been carried out. The results of analysis of comparative performance of the presented antenna and the prototype antenna have been given.
