Abstract:

The modification of the known method of spatial jamming compensation for use in a small element (square) antenna array was performed. Considering the small number of receiving channels it is suggested to narrow down the of stabilization bearing characteristics spatial problem to the flat one by reducing the number of restrictions imposed on adapted radiation pattern sum-and-difference channels from four or five to two. To select the orientation angle constraints in the plane of the azimuth-angle place it was offered to use the criterion of minimum amount of the squares of the weight coefficients of the total channel. It is shown that the use of this method when having a single source of interference acting on lobes directivity pattern total channel reduces the error of direction finding of the useful signal by 10…20 times. The evaluation of the required performance of the processing unit based on the proposed adaptation criterion position limits and the possibility of its implementation on modern element base for pulse-Doppler radar medium and high pulse repetition rate was conducted.
