Abstract:

The construction of a measuring cell on the basis of the cylindrical resonator with oscillations of H01n-type has been considered. The cell allows to perform measurements of parameters (relative dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss tangent) of sheet dielectrics without manufacturing of a sample with the special form. The results of calculation of resonance frequency of the researched resonator by a strict method with use of the method of partial areas with the continuous range of eigenfunctions, and also on the basis of approximate model without ring slots in a resonant cell have been provided. The values of Q-factor of the resonator received on the basis of an approximate model have been given. The results of calculation have been compared with data of experimental measurements of parameters of a number of known dielectrics.
