Abstract:

The design of a dual-polarized waveguide radiator with high isolation between inputs has been considered. It may be used either as a self-maintained antenna or as a part of phased antenna array. Optimization of geometric parameters of the radiator has been carried out. The results of modeling of the general characteristics of the radiator (SWR, isolation, directivity, beam shape) have been given in the frequency band of 6%. The directional characteristics of the radiator as a part of the infinite array antenna have been given.
