Combined noise immunity index of synthetic aperture radar against repeater jamming based on estimates of frequency-time parameters of radar signal has been proposed. The index determines the degree of matching of simulated and actual point objects marks on the radar image. It has been shown that besides the change of simulated point mark shape the mark is also shifted on radio image because of pulse repetition period estimation error. The process of estimating frequency-time parameters of linear frequency modulated signals formed in autocorrelated receiver of noise former has been modeled. As a result values of relative error and standard deviation of estimated frequency-time parameters of linear frequency modulated signals with different signal to noise ratio at the autocorrelated receiver input and number of averaged estimations have been acquired and allowed to determine the combined radar noise immunity index value and the value of shift of simulated point mark on radar image.
