Abstract:
Various types of radiating elements are compared for X-band AESA curtain providing wide-angle scan in 14 % bandwidth. Partial antenna pattern as well as matching, polarization and backscattering of finite-element array are studied for electromagnetic models of stepped and continuous tapered slot antennas, Y-shape etched rectangular microstrip patch, printed vibrator and various stepped waveguide radiators.
