Abstract:
The limit ratios for the generalized quality factor and the feeding efficiency of the antennas excited by a non-harmonic signal are received on the basis of development of the McLean theory. A number of special cases demonstrating correctness of the received ratios is considered. Numerical and experimental results for some popular antennas, confirming theoretical provisions, are given.
