Abstract:
Results of research and tests in real-life environment of band antenna components (transmitting, receiving) of stationary and mobile versions are given. Volume exponential radiator (?Е-antenna?) was chosen as an antenna component, its operating surface (asymmetric) was made by surface of dual right cones of different sizes. This paper presents the dependence between electric and spatial characteristics of diverse developed models of E-antennas in frequency range with contact ratio kf ≥ 7,7. According to the modeling results the values of geometric parameters both combined monopole E-antennas and symmetrical radiating elements (antennas) from active receiving antenna-amplifiers are close to the optimal ones. The results of full-scale route tests of mobile transmitting-receiving E-antennas on the routes with the distance of 2300-4000 km are presented. Such results have proved the high engineering and economical performance of E-antennas.
