Analysis of the parameters of microwave dielectric materials

Abstract:
The method of continuous radio-wave measurements of complex transmission coefficient or the reflection of a probe of an electromagnetic wave from a sample of dielectric material is considered at fast-sided heating of the sample. Research on the application of the method of measurement of radio-absorbing composite materials based on carbon fiber, used for protective coatings of air and spacecraft and related tools and devices. In an analysis found and studied a new component of the measurement errors associated with the roughness of the boundaries of the samples, which is unimportant for radio-materials.
