The low-dimension small-sized energy efficient transmit-receive module designed on 3D technology

Abstract:
Initial tests of the low-dimension small-sized dual channel transmit-receive module designed on LTCC technology have been carried out. The output signal pulse power has been reached more than 6 W. The noise factor in receive mode is not worse than 4 dB. Overall dimensions of the designed transmit-receive module are 15×34×10 mm, and its weight is 16 g.
