Multifunctional radar regular surveillance plots forming

Abstract:
Target plots forming algorithms for regular surveillance for multifunction radar were developed. The first algorithm is based on interbeam processing and consists in formation of angular package where angular coordinates of target plots are estimated using the "gravity center" of signal amplitudes. The second algorithm is based on the new features of MFR - multichannel signal processing in surveillance by angular coordinates. This allows monopulse direction finding for angular coordinates measurement. It is shown that the algorithm based on the monopulse direction finding can reduce the time spent on the formation of marks and eliminates the systematic error in target plots angular coordinates.
