Exciter for the distribution system optical type

Abstract:
In this article a subject of research is a system of an exciter for the SHF Distribution System electromagnetic wave. Calculations of the wave impedances for, such materials as, fluoroplastic and ferroepoksid have been made. Based on the results of these calculations, measurements and geometry of these materials required for matching the system have been received.
Based on the obtained data, a model has been made using Ansoft HFSS software. In this program, the built system has been modeled, graphs of SWR frequency characteristics and magnetic field intensity distribution of the system have been also received. A model of the exciter has been made after the simulation and then experimental studies have been held. The obtained SWR frequency characteristics have not been coincided with the calculated values. The comments and evaluation of the results obtained after the system modeling and experimental studies have been given.
