High efficiency mirror antenna waveguide receiver circuits for multiband mirror antenna

Abstract:
The recommendations on construction of high efficiency mirror antenna waveguide receiver circuits, optimized for dual- and multiband operation, are presented. Work is illustrated by examples antenna-feeder devices C/Ku and C/X/Ku ranges of frequencies. In article is shown that mirror antenna waveguide receiver circuits defines the energy features of the antenna system and the general arrangement its receiving or combined waveguide transmission line. In this connection development design mirror antenna waveguide receiver circuits reasonable to conduct, considering diameter of the reflector antenna, concrete constructive volume, in which must take seats mirror antenna waveguide receiver circuits and joined to his output device, design joined device and requirements to their arrangement, including ensuring the access to him at usages. The considered particularities of the constructive decisions, as well as attainable electric features in combined mirror antenna waveguide receiver circuits consequent type, intended for use in composition different receiving high efficiency mirror antenna, on example created design dual-band (С/Ku, X/Kа), three-band (С/X/Ku, С/Ku/Kа ) and four-band (С/X/Ku/Kа) mirror antenna waveguide receiver circuits.
