Abstract:
The paper proposes a calculation technique for ferrite-dielectric elements design-technological and physical parameters spread influence when designing UHF and EHF ferrite devices. The technique is based on defining analytic dependence of deviation from the nominal value for one of the basic characteristics as the function of design-technological and physical parameters spread.
There is presented the example of the present technique used when designing a EHF waveguide circulator. It is shown, that in the circulator design is necessary to provide the possibility to exchange the circular ferrite elements having the diameter spread up to 8%.
