Abstract:

Hematological and biochemical blood analysis plays a key role in determining the morphofunctional status of an animal, significantly affecting the rate of metabolic processes. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of blood, as well as the functionality of the structural components of the body, vary in animals depending on age-related changes and physiological state. The aim of the work was to study changes in the morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood of laboratory animals when zinc and chromium asparaginate were administered in various dosages. Biomedical research was carried out on 84 white male Wistar rats weighing 110-120 g. All animals were divided into 7 groups (n=12), rats of groups I, II, III received zinc asparaginate at a dose of 100% covering the need for this element, 50% and 150%, respectively, while the concentration was 3.4, 1.7 and 5.1 mg/kg; animals IV, V and VI The groups received chromium asparaginate at a dose of 100% covering the need for this element, 50% and 150%, respectively, while the concentration was 1.1, 0.6 and 1.7 mg / kg; the animals of the control group were on a standard diet. Zn and Cr asparaginate were injected per os into the feed. Morphological blood analysis was performed on an automatic hematology analyzer URIT-2900 VetPlus (URIT Medical Electronic Group Co., Ltd, China), biochemical blood serum analysis was performed on an automatic analyzer CS-T240 (DIRUI Industrial Co., Ltd, China) with commercial kits for veterinary medicine (CJSC DEACON-DS", Russia).

The introduction of additional amounts of Zn and Cr asparaginate into animal feed stimulated protein, lipid, carbohydrate and mineral metabolism in the body, as well as increased the enzymatic activity of the blood and showed:

- on day 14, regardless of the dose of Zn asparaginate, there was a significant decrease in leukocytes, erythrocytes and hemoglobin in the studied groups. The levels of albumin, total protein, ALT and AST, Fe, Mg and P. increased. Cr asparaginate stimulated hemoglobin and platelet levels at a dosage of 0.6 mg/kg, while 1.7 mg/kg increased the concentration of leukocytes in the blood of animals. It also affected the biochemical parameters of P, ALT and AST.

- on day 28, there was an increase with varying degrees of confidence in leukocytes and platelets when Zn asparaginate was administered at dosages of 1.7 and 3.4 mg/kg. A dosage of 0.6 mg/kg of Cr asparaginate had a positive effect on blood counts of leukocytes, erythrocytes and platelets. It was found that high dosages of asparaginate Zn 5.1 mg/kg and Cr 1.7 mg/kg led to the opposite effect in the studied parameters. Shifts in certain parameters of the morphological system can be an important indicator of approaching structural and biochemical abnormalities when high doses of chromium asparaginate Zn 5.1 mg/kg and Cr 1.7 mg/kg are introduced into the diet.
