Abstract:

In was selected guide RNA cequences to suppress the expression of the urokinase

receptor gene (PLAUR) in neuroblastoma cells Neuro2a using genome

editing CRISPR/Cas9 technology. It was found that suppression of the

PLAUR gene decreases the invasive potential of neuroblastoma, which is

normally stimulated by urokinase – the endogenous ligand of the urokinase

receptor.
