Abstract:
Pathogenesis of recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) includes impairment of implantation and placentation. Endometrium is the target organ where the initial impact of the etiological factor forms long-term memory templates. These templates are re-sponsible for development of the resistant pathological condition (RPC) and chronic pathological process. Genetic predis-position is an additional factor of the RPL. The carriage of polymorphic alleles (which play an important role in the early stages of pregnancy) becomes premorbid background for the RPL development. During the women rehabilitation after pregnancy loss and subsequent treatment it-s necessary to perform gene studies and normalization of the endometrial mo-lecular processes.
