Abstract:

The development of the industrial sector and the stimulation of the production of high-tech high-tech products is one of the key directions of the development of the domestic economy.

The life cycle (LC) of high-tech products is characterized by the duration of each of its stages, which can reach ten years or more, as well as significant costs. The final cost of the LC depends on the effectiveness of LС management at each stage. For effective life cycle management with the use of a full life cycle management system it should take into account all the main factors affecting the costs and duration of the implementation of the life cycle.

To solve these problems, digital technologies and information systems should be used as part of the digital transformation (DT) of enterprises.
The process of creating a full life cycle management system using digital technologies involves the introduction of a set of solutions and reengineering of business processes to create a new digital business model. Such changes require deep preliminary analysis, and detailed planning of measures to implement the desired changes.

Having determined the level of factors contributing to and hindering digital transformation, it is necessary to make a decision on the feasibility of implementing a software product or complex at a particular stage (stage) of the LC of high-tech products. The assessment of the level of digital maturity of the enterprise must be carried out at each stage (stage) of the LC. At the same time, it should be taken into account that the specifics of each stage of the LC of high-tech products involves the use of various specialized software products, and therefore the mutual integration of the systems being implemented should ensure full and secure transmission of data generated at the previous stage.

Thus, during the digital transformation of the enterprises of the defense industrial complex, a digital twin is created not only of the high-tech products produced, but also of the enterprise as a whole, thanks to mutually integrated systems in all areas of its activities using end-to-end information and communication technologies and intelligent decision support systems, as well as setting up a digital full-life cycle management system, which allows you to manage all the processes of the product LC: document flow, requirements formation, analysis of changes, optimization of the configuration of the enterprise, provision of regulatory and reference information to consumers, formation and analysis of the cost and quality of products, as well as management of interaction with contractors and suppliers, creation of a digital duplicate of the product, etc.

The described approach to the digital transformation of an industrial enterprise as a full-life cycle management tool allows integration within the framework of a full-life cycle management system all processes taking place at the enterprise are integrated into a single information environment that contributes to the growth of productivity and stability of the company, as well as increasing the flexibility to respond to market changes in the conditions of changing external environment and uncertainty.
