Abstract:

The article deals with the issues of improving the work of the organization in the field of providing technical support and maintenance of a large number of office equipment. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of the work of employees, reduce the response time to processing tasks and, as a result, improve the quality of services provided. As a result, an automated technical support service system was developed that allows creating requests, distributing them among performers, tracking the status of completion, generating reports and monitoring the work of the technical support service.
