Abstract:

New radar technologies are being developed to provide high-intensity information on both high-altitude and low-altitude high-speed and low-speed targets. In accordance with the requirements, most modern radars, along with the task of detecting and tracking targets, must provide target designation (CA) for weapons. including for small-sized targets that change their position near the earth's surface.

To propose a method for determining the visibility of an information source (AI) that changes its position near the Earth's surface, the essence of which is to find a plurality of visible cells from anywhere in the world.

Disclosed is a method of determining the visibility of an information source that changes its position near the earth's surface. This takes into account its range. An algorithm is obtained for determining a plurality of space cells that fall into the line-of-sight area of the location environment taking into account the range of its action when placing said means at an arbitrary point in the area of responsibility.

The proposed method can be easily extended in case of simultaneous use of several means of location in the area of responsibility.
