Abstract:
Considered are the problems of ensuring stable forecast of development characteristics of complex technical systems such as flying apparatuses. Here stability is understood in terms of independence of forecast estimates from different areas of teaching statistics. Given are criteria of statistical stability of forecast. Generalized basic functions are considered for which model of forecast is built that allow to realize structural choice of forecasting model.
